| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting 3rd quarter coliform DETAILS: Violation for non reporting coliform. Called operator Chuck Lee and discussed. He was unaware that sampling was needed quarterly. They have only been taking samples once/season. He is now aware that samples are needed each quarter system is open, 2nd and 3rd, along with one annual nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Take one quarterly coliform sample between April 1 and June 30 and another between July 1 and September 30. Also take one annual nitrate. | ||
