| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: Called Gary but was not available. Gary is contracted to take quarterly samples. Gary responded by voice mail stating he was aware of the violation. He stated he was working with Bob Conder a resident in the home owners association. They were preparing a public notice for distribution and would forward a copy to me. Gary stated they will be shock chlorinating on 10/19/09 to allow time for public notice distribution. Gary has dealt with violations in the past and is aware of the recommendation for submitting a special sample after shock chlorination to insure it worked. Gary is aware of the requirement of submitting five temporary routine samples the following month. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for public notice verification, wait for results after shock chlorination. Monitor results of five temporary routine samples to submit in November. | ||
