| Details: | Left a voice message for owner informing him that he has reoccurring violations for not submitting total coliform samples every month. I stated that he has not submitted a sample since Dec. 2017. **Update 8/15/18** Spoke with owner on the phone. He was confused about being moved to monthly sampling. He will do a total coliform sample for this month and continue monthly sampling from there. He stated he would also get the nitrate sampling done this month. |
