Details:	AS sample received showing positive for e. coli. Well was confirmed to have E.coli December 2018. System is currently on 4 log disinfection. Spoke to the owner and he will send in 5 confirmation samples from raw source asap. I also told him to expect a letter from the state drinking water program asking for him to do this. Discussed this with Chuck Michael and will continue to keep him in the loop on the results. Facility is keeping 4log records in a timely manner. Corrective Action: Owner taking 5 confirmation samples of raw source.
