| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Phone consultation on 9/30/09 and 10/01/09 with operator John regarding positive sample. Mr. Eveland stated he believed the sample was not taken properly. The initial sample was from an unclean sink used for raw meat prep, the aerator was not removed and the water was not run for 3-5 minutes before the sample was taken. He took off the aerator and cleaned the faucet before the repeat samples were taken. The repeat samples were taken immediately and all were absent as of 10/2/09. I reminded the operator to take five routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples in October | ||
