| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Positive sample 10/20/09. October 22, 2009, 4 positive repeat samples. Contacted Patricio by phone today to review his plans for collecting follow up coliform samples. Yesterday he chlorinated the well and distribution system. Today, he plans to flush the system. On Thursday he plans to collect a raw water sample. In November, he plans to collect 5 special routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: Facility is not open to the public. Normally a public notice would be posted immediately. Future action shall be based on the results of the pending raw water sample test. | ||
