Details:	SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Operator did not take the 4 repeats in September. We discussed taking the 5 routines in October. The source of contamination is still unknown. We again discussed proper sampling techniques and taking source water samples to determine if the well is contaminated. We also discussed cleaning out the holding tank. I advised him to take the source water samples first to determine where the contamination was originating from since the system is chlorinated for residual only. Additionally, he does not have a chlorine test kit. I advised him to purchase on ASAP so proper contact time and residual could be calculated to ensure that the chlorine was doing its job. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up to ensure steps were taken to correct problem and samples were taken/submitted on time. Referred to Caroline Gross Regan for any future follow up until January.
