| Details: | SUMMARY: Initial chemical monitoring DETAILS: John called after receiving a violation notice for failing to take SOC and VOCs in 3rd quarter 09. He indicated that system is having difficulty taking four initial quarters of SOC and VOC. After discussions with rules coordinator in-house, I indicated that system should as a minimum collect an annual SOC and VOC sample. Also indicated system should take quarterly samples for PCE, the only detect from initial monitoring, which was below MCL (0.0038 mg/L). ACTION NEEDED: John will contact lab about collecting SOC and VOC in December 2009, and beginning quarterly monitoring for PCE. John also to contact lab to ensure all data collected so far in 2009 gets submitted to DWP. DBP and lead and copper from 2009 not currently on web site. DWP to provide support in conjuction with Wash. County. | ||
