| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system question about violation DETAILS: Richard called, asking about the recent violations received for the month of July, 2009. I reviewed their turbidity monitoring report file and noted that the monthly report for July was received by our office on August 11th, one day late. Richard will begin faxing the reports in and asking for a confirmation of receipt of the fax. Ive asked DMCE to review the two violations and look at removing one, as only one violation is required for a late report. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
