Details: I received an alert on 5/29/20 for high TTHM and HAA5 levels for the sampling completed on May 19, 2020. Although the individual results are over the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL), the Locational Running Annual Average (LRAA) and the Operational Evaluation Levels (OELs) were not exceeded, so no further action is needed. Disinfection Byproducts (DBP) monitoring also remains unchanged at quarterly. I sent an e-mail to Mr. Davidson on 6/2/20 and later spoke to him regarding the alert and provided information for our technical assistance circuit rider to offer assistance in lowering DBP levels. I forwarded the email to Dan Vaage with Civil West (technical assistance circuit rider), who has been working with the system to complete a tracer study.
