| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 9/15/09 Spoke to Mr. Puehl on the phone. He was aware of the repeat and routine samples that need to be taken. He also said that he forgot to remove the aerator from the sample tap when he took the initial sample. 4 repeats were taken but were reported as specials. These should be changed to repeats. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to ensure samples are taken and submitted. | ||
