| Details: | SUMMARY: 10/5/09 repeats positive DETAILS: Jackson Baures and Daniel Hough called and spoke with Don and provided him with detailed well disinfection instructions. Donnie agreed to keep the facility closed and Dan Hough waived the boil water notice until post disinfection samples are clean. 10/8/09 Mike Obereigner spoke with Donnie and 2 special samples taken prechlorination, results are in and one is positive , though Donnie did not know if it was positive for coliform and Ecoli or just coliform. The system was shock chlorinated on 10/7/09 per Donnie and five temporary routine samples will be collected on 10/12/09. 10/14/09 Five temporary routine samples collected on 10/12/09 tested negative for total coliform per Neilson Research. ACTION NEEDED: One routine sample needs to be collected in the first quarter of 2010 | ||
