| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed extension for Notice of Violation DETAILS: Called Laura to let her know that I will be issuing an extension to the Notice of Violation issued to the system for violating the MCL for arsenic. The system is currently awaiting award of a SRLF loan for purchase of the treatment system to be installed at the system. The extension will be until the end of 2010 to allow for purchanse and installation of the equipment. ACTION NEEDED: Issue amended letter and await completion of the project. | ||
