| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive sample DETAILS: The sample was collected by a new employee - so it may be attributed to improper sample collection. The chlorine residual was .48. A repeat sample was collected from the positive location on 12/3/09 and sent to Pyxis. I told her they will need two more repeat samples as well as raw source samples from all active wells in area of positive sample. These will be done on Monday 12/7/09. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 2 additional repeat samples and raw source samples from wells in use in south area. Also still need 6 routine samples for December. | ||
