| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat samples positive DETAILS: 2 of the 4 repeat samples were positive. All 4 taken at well. Well had chlorination for residual maintenance installed but has not been used until it was hooked up after the repeat positive coliforms. I believe this well may be a GWUDI but has not been evaluated. ACTION NEEDED: Charlotte to take one special sample before the end of the month. I am making a visit to look at the system and review sampling procedure 10/30/09 and referring to Russ in Springfield office for evaluation. | ||
