| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform missed repeat samples DETAILS: Contacted Sheri about why 4 repeat samples were not immediately taken after positive. She stated she was not informed by any one or the lab. I informed her that she was in violation for not getting the repeat in September. She is not aware of any problems that might have caused the positive. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeats ASAP. If all negative, follow with five routine samples in November. If repeat samples are positive a public notice must be posted and further sampling and possible treatment of the well should follow. | ||
