Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up for coliform violation DETAILS: 9/18/09 Spoke to Tia Nelson and we discussed the need for public notice. A public notice template was emailed to her to post. She responded with confirmation that the notice was posted the same day. A message was also left for John regarding the testing necessary and the steps needed to correct the situation. Spoke to John and he confirmed the notice was posted and they were trying to resolve the issue. 4 repeat samples were negative. Waiting on results for the 5 routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to ensure steps are taken to disinfect the water source and fix the situation. Monitor for routine sample follow up.
