| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform present 11/18/09 DETAILS: Discussed need to check for contamination problems within system and correct any obvious problems. Discussed with operator requirement to take 4 repeat samples on the next working day for the lab, one at the same tap that recently came back bad, 2- within two water connections downstream of sample 1, 3-within two connections upstream of sample 1, and 4 from anywhere on the property. Discussed contacting lab regarding when samples will be taken in consideration of Thanksgiving holiday. Next month 5 routine samples are required. Obtained current phone number for owner Dan Reed for update of state data base (971)255-2993 ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeats immediately. Take 5 routines next month. If any of the above come back showing presence of bacteria call health department to discuss follow up and public notice requirements. | ||
