| Details: | Operator of this system Mike Palmer called me first thing this morning letting me know that all 4 of the confirmation sample from well came back positive for E.coli. I told him that this means that they well is confirmed E.coli positive. I then contacted Casey Lyons and Jay MacPherson from Region #2 office and under their guidance called and left a voice message with Mike Palmer today that they will need to install chlorination and show clean coliform results after installation to get off of boil water notice. This is a state regulated system that rules are currently being rewritten at this time. I also left Jay MacPherson's contact information so they may discuss any questions with him about installing the chlorination. Mike had mailed me his boil water notice to me and once I receive that I will scan and email to compliance. | ||
