| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit SOC 3rd quarter DETAILS: 11/18/09 A notice of violation has been issued. I spoke with Norm this morning. He informed me that Eric Artner does not plan to disconnect well #2 and as far as he knows, is not planning to submit plans or collect chemical samples. Norm agreed to tell Eric that the state will issue penalties in the absence of action to comply with the violation. ACTION NEEDED: State will continue enforcement action per the violation. | ||
