| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive sample from 11/30 DETAILS: The repeat samples were collected and mailed to the lab on Dec. 8. There were mail problems and the samples were not received by the lab until Dec. 11. The samples were not run based on exceeding the holding time. When he spoke to the lab on the 11th, he said he needed additional bottles and as of 12/18 has not received them yet. I told him to not take the repeat samples and to take 5 routine samples. He is also going to check with the lab about the courier service they offer. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in December. | ||
