| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate sample above 50% of MCL DETAILS: Spoke to Paul and system has been conducting quarterly tests for several years. They have never exceeded MCL of 10. By rule the system can return to annual sampling if a years worth of quarterly testing was reliably and consistently below the MCl. Paul would like to return to annual testing. The system has had high numbers throughout all quarters. A level of 9.5 was received in the fourth quarter of 2008. I spoke to Paul about testing in the quarter with the highest reading which would appear to be the fourth quarter of the year. I will file a chemical monitoring change request to reflect annual sampling beginning in the fourth quarter of 2010. ACTION NEEDED: File chemical monitoring change request. | ||
