| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Sample from Nov 4th positive and Tony said the sample was taken by Ron Walker, who is familiar with correct sampling. The lab has not notified the facility of the positive sample. He is going to take 4 repeat samples right away. I also informed him of the temporary 5 routine samples required in December if repeats are OK. Tony said he was aware fo the requirement and said he would follow sampling plan for the repeats. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat sample results. | ||
