| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Phone consultation on 11/3/09 with Dave regarding sample date 10/29/09. He stated that he shock chlorinated the well and has not taken the repeat samples yet. We discussed having the repeat samples taken as soon as possible before treating the well in order to validate the initial positive test. He stated in the future he would follow that practice. He will have the 4 repeat samples done as soon as possible. I reminded the operator to take five routine the following month. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples the following month. | ||
