Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Positive sample taken 11/19/09. Speaking with Steve he felt the construction of the sample tap so close to the ground made it impossible to correctly sample. He is taking his resample and we discussed the coliform sampling plan. I will send him a new template to follow. He is also in the process of installing proper sample taps, thinking this is the reason for positive results. Steve realized the need to submit 5 temporary routine samples the month of December. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeats now and take 5 temporary samples in December. Improve the taps where the samples are drawn from. I will mail letter of instruction for sampling and coliform sampling plan.
