| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 11/5/09 Alert from the state. Operator contacted office for guidance. Informed operator to take 3 repeat samples, one at original sample site, one upstream, and one downstream as soon as possible. 11/10/09 Received single positive repeat sample. Contacted operator and explained that this repeat sample will generate a violation. Operator states spring #4 has been removed from service will issue public notice, and take a repeat sample from positive location. 11/17/09 Positive repeat from lab. 11/27/09 Received copy of public notice and copy of negative repeat from last positive location. ACTION NEEDED: Once all repeat samples are negative, take 5 routine coliform samples next month. | ||
