| Details: | SUMMARY: Multiple customers concerns regarding Boil Water Notification DETAILS: Bill called to inquire on what actions were being done to lift boil water notification and clarification on appropriate use of non-boiled water and boiled water. As the day progressed I received many more calls from concerned water users in the Bear Creek WS - Kim Schmidt (541-004-4901), Anita Culver (503-936-0252), and Linda Cole (503-985-3538). Similar questions and concerns were raised - e.g., what specifically is being done to correct problems, when will the boil water nofification be lifted, types of uses that are safe without boiling, etc). Frustration is generally high with the lack of specific information that the new system owners are able to provide. ACTION NEEDED: Work with water system to come into compliance. | ||
