| Details: | Sample collected 3/5/2018 had a detection level of 5.780000000 for Nitrate. The firm was contacted via phone on 7/9/2018 and I talked with Raed Mardini. The firm has shown through quarterly testing in 2011 that the nitrate level does not fluctuate seasonally, so annual testing shall be sufficient. |
