Details: SUMMARY: Failure to collect sample september, 2009 DETAILS: I spoke with Sabrina concerning violation. She told me she would find out what had occurred and she or Neil would get back to me. Neil left a message on my voice mail saying that he thought he collected a September sample and would contact Neilson to see if they had a record of it. An October sample has been submitted. ACTION NEEDED: None
