| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 11/17/09 DETAILS: Returned a call from Jerry Stallard the president of the association and left a message. I let Jerry know they needed to take 4 repeat samples. Jerry believed that it might be a lab error so I left the phone number for ORLAP. I also left phone number for the circuit rider - HBH consulting as they might be able to figure out what is causing the coliform positive samples. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor samples and respond as needed. | ||
