| Details: | SUMMARY: Tracer Srudy DETAILS: System has recently activated a new membrane WTP at the Row River WTP facility replacing the existing package treatment plant. DWP is requiring a chlorine contact time tracer study as the flow has increased greater than 10%. Effluent flow meters are installed after the clearwell and after the two reservoirs. I finished the data review and evaluated the information to determine chlorine contact. I completed the CT study report and sent if to Rob Henry for review and comment. I sent copies to DWP staff in Springfield and to the City of Cottage Grove. ACTION NEEDED: None unless requested. | ||
