| Details: | SUMMARY: Funding Application Assistance DETAILS: The system has struggled with an aging water treatment plant. Their water source is an intake on Cow Creek. This is a difficult source water to treat. Complicating things is a lack of trained full time staff for the water system. The System has requested a simple cost-effective water treatment system that can effectively treat the Cow Creek water. HBH was contacted by the system to provide cost estimating and Letter of Interest (LOI) assistance with the SDWRLF. I discussed needs of water system with the operator and contacted water treatment plant manufacturers to request budgetary pricing for new water treatment plant equipment. ACTION NEEDED: Assist system with funding application and cost estimating. Also, assist system with the completion of LOI for SDWRLF. | ||
