Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert on 11/20/09 contacted Dave and explained to him that 4 repeat samples were needed. Dave had already taken 4 repeat samples, and all 4 samples came back negative on same day 11/20/09 (samples had been submitted on 11/19) No further action required at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 additional routine samples in December 2009.
