Called and left a message on 11/2/09 stating that 4 repeat samples are needed immediately and 5 routine samples in November. Lee called me back on 11/6/09 he thinks the lab has already taken the repeats but he will double check. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples now and 5 routine samples in November. | ||
