| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9/30/09 and 10/5/09 DETAILS: I called and Jim Lewis is out of the office until Monday. 11/12/09 I called and Jim is out until Monday Nov. 16,2009. 11/16/09 I spoke with Jim and we discussed the MCL violation. Five temporary routines were submitted since the positive repeat sample on 10/5/09 and all tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
