| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate above alert level 7.84 DETAILS: 11/25/09 Called Phil, 541-365-2228 to discuss nitrate results. He was aware of the test conducted earlier this month. Looking at previous results we noticed a trend in the test to be highest for the year in the 2nd quarter sample and lowest in the 1st quarter sample. He will continue to monitor the nitrate as directed. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to sample quarterly in 2010. | ||
