| Details: | SUMMARY: coliform alert DETAILS: Paula called because Al was out of town. Two routine samples reported in November still have coliform det3ctions including the well sample. The system has disinfected and flushed the well several times but that did not resolve the problem. Paula was unsure what to do next. I referred her to HBH Consulting, Circuit Rider Program and we also discussed having the well evaluated and repaired/reconstructed. According to the source water assessment the well casing seal construction is inadequate. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on circuit riders advice and any repairs done by system. | ||
