Details: SUMMARY: Coliform monitoring resolution DETAILS: The survey letter dated October 29, 2009 stated there was a missing bacti sample for quarter ending December, 2008. Subsequently, on November 4, 2009, Skip faxed a copy of the bacti sample that had been reported on November 26,2008 ACTION NEEDED: State to enter attached bacti report into the data base.
