Details: SUMMARY: Violation for only submitting one coliform sample DETAILS: 10/30/09 I spoke with Anna and informed her that only one of two samples was submitted in September and reminded her that two were due monthly. 11/9/09 Two samples were submitted in October, 2009, both tested negative.
