| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and copper alert DETAILS: Sample September 16, 2009 lead 90% value exceedance. Contacted Dan and he had assigned the sampling to another employee. He needed to check with that employee to see if the samples were taken at the assigned locations. I checked with Gregg Baird for a list of sited that should have been used. Dan contacted me with information that the sites were different than from the list from Gregg Baird. Dan wrote a letter explaining the mistake in sampling and did resample. The letter was forwarded to Chuck Michael and the results were invalidated. The resamples were at the state on Friday 11/13/09 and were in the acceptable range and system is back on track. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to sample at assigned locations in the future on a once every three cycle. | ||
