| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit repeats third quarter DETAILS: 11/16/09 This violation has been erroneously issued: State web site looking for repeat samples after the July 7, 2009 positive sample. This sample is a source sample collected as part of an Administrative Order. Repeat samples were not required to be collected under these circumstances. Also the sample should have been labeled special. This system has fulfilled its obligations which has been lifted. However, source samples are still being submitted as part of a Ground Water Under Direct Influence of Surface Water (GWUDI) analysis. These samples results are being sent to Russ Kazmierczak.
