| Details: | I spoke with the water system owner and operator. I was told that the construction waiver application was in process but the owner was waiting on a call back from their septic installer to verify installation in order to provide the most accurate measurement of set back from wellhead to subsurface components. These measurements will either refute the deficiency or assist the owner in preparing the construction waiver application. I am extending the compliance date for resolving this deficiency and was assured that the owner/operator will continue to diligently work on this issue. | ||
