| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: 8/4/09 Called Justin Pounds and he indicated the person at the facility that was responsible for testing has passed away. Justin didnt realize the samples werent being done so he said he would sample this Friday. He also indicated he would sample for VOC, SOC and nitrate. 8/21/09 System sampled for coliform and reported to the state 9/21/09 ACTION NEEDED: System is now up to date on coliform sampling. Maintain quarterly sampling. | ||
