| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit coliform sample DETAILS: 10/30/09 I spoke with Danielle from Shady Cove Sports Bar and Grill. She was not clear on water system operator coliform monitoring responsibilities. I explained the requirements and advised her to get samples in the lab with plenty of time to spare to make sure that results are reported by the tenth of the month following the end of the quarter. She said that a fourth quarter sample was already submitted. 11/3/09 Neilson Research confirmed that a routine coliform sample was submitted on 10/2/09. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
