| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to nitrate alert and plan review requirements for modifications DETAILS: Contacted Rick about the 7.6 nitrate alert. He is well aware of the high levels. I clarified that a new well was not drilled but the existing well had been modified. He said they were having some problems with the well leaking. I asked him to call Jay MacPherson to find out if the modifications they made would require plan review. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
