Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Routine 11/4/09 coliform positive. Called operator Terry and discussed invalidating sample because it was from a laundry sink with swivel faucet and sample bottle was possibly old. I checked with the lab and the bottle was from a current batch with 6/2011 expire date so bottle was ok. Only way to invalidate sample is to take 4 repeats and if all absent but original location positive. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeats. Results will dictate future action.
