| Details: | SUMMARY: 2 repeat coliforms positive DETAILS: Two of 4 repeats on 11/9 positive. Hope was to invalidate original coliform positive which was taken at a suspect faucet by all repeats absent except original. However, a second repeat from downstream also positive. Spoke with Terry and he will chlorinate, distribute public notice and take 5 temporary routines in early December. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate to 1-2ppm, distribute positive coliform public notice and take 5 samples in early December. | ||
