| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform sample DETAILS: 10/19/09 Sample collected. 11/6/09 Alert issued. 11/9/09 I spoke with Velton Lee and Brad Loya, assistant manager, regarding alert. There is some confusion among all parties involved as to the actual sequence of events, but the system was shock chlorinated on 10/20/09 possibly before the repeat sample results were known. Based on my discussion with Velton, the chlorine is likely purged from the system. I spoke with Eric from Grants Pass Water Lab on 11/6/09 and he informed me that he would be collecting five temporary routines this week. 11/9/09 I emailed Brad the public notice template and informed him that system can still meet it s public notification obligations by issuing it at this time. 11/10/09 Five temporary routines were submitted and all tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in November, 2009 | ||
