| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeats DETAILS: 11/6/09 Samples collected 11/9/09 Alert issued. 11/10/09 Norm informed me that he collected a special from well #1 yesterday and is waiting for the results which should be available this afternoon. I advised Norm to chlorinate both wells as opposed to just well #1 should it test positive. 11/11/09 Norm left a message informing me that Jim notified residents of the upcoming chlorination and requested that they open taps until chlorine is present then keep taps shut overnight. Also both wells and the storage tank was chlorinated. 12/2/09 Five temporary routines were collected and all were negative. ACTION NEEDED: One routine sample is due in January, 2010 | ||
