Details: SUMMARY: Failure to submit coliform DETAILS: 11/12/09 I called and left a message for Ron. Ron called back and informed me that he has been out of town just returned and would get a fourth quarter sample into the lab tomorrow. 11/13/09 Neilson research confirmed that a 11/13/09 sample tested negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: None
